Articles on Le Forestier
All the articles proposed by Le Forestier are described in good faith and as faithfully as possible. The offers and prices are valid on the day of consultation of the site. Prices quoted include VAT for individuals and are exclusive of VAT for wholesalers.
Le Forestier can not be held responsible for errors contained in its offers. The products presented on the site are proposed within the limit of available stocks. Le Forestier makes every effort to ensure that the items you ordered are available. Sometimes, however, an item is depleted. You will then be informed as soon as possible and can cancel your order if you wish.
Le Forestier can not be held responsible for damages resulting from the unavailability of an article.
Contract with Le Forestier
A valid contract is concluded between you and Le Forestier when Le Forestier receives the confirmation of your order on its site.
The Forester may, however, decide to make the validity of the contract subject to other conditions in the case of, for example, large orders or pre-payment conditions, orders placed by minors, incomplete or incorrect order forms or Non-payment of previous deliveries.
In accordance with Belgian law on commercial practices, the risk of damage or loss is the responsibility of the seller. We must notify you within an acceptable period (3 weeks) after receipt of the confirmation of sending by e-mail. Le Forestier may refuse your application if it is not received within the aforementioned period. You can send your non-receipt mail to the following address: leforestier@skynet.be
The return of the item (unopened) must occur within a reasonable time following this notice (eg 3 working days).
The shipping costs incurred to return the item (s) will be at your expense. If the item received does not match the item ordered or if it is damaged, please return it to us. We will refund your order as well as shipping costs as soon as we have received the returned item.
Le Forestier has the right to refuse or refund returned items when the plastic packaging of the products has been opened or when the products have been damaged by the customer.
Delivery
The item will be delivered to the address you specified in your order.
The estimated delivery time is indicated on the page dedicated to the product.
Le Forestier makes every effort to guarantee that you will receive your article within the deadlines mentioned on its website. Please note that these delivery times are only for information purposes and that Le Forestier will not be responsible for any delays.
Payment
Invoices (for wholesalers) are payable in cash within fourteen days of their issue at the Le Forestier head office, without discount. At the expiration of this period, the customer is delinquent without further notice. In the absence of payment of an invoice when due, all other outstanding invoices become immediately due and the consumer expressly declares himself liable for a conventional extrajudicial indemnity set at 15% of the balance due with a minimum of 25 Euro VAT And a conventional interest rate of 12% per annum.
Customers specifically authorize Le Forestier to allocate their payments to the oldest remaining defaults.
For any first invoice below 150 €, an amount of 12,50 € (payable aniticipatively) will be charged to you. (Unless otherwise agreed)

Belgian law is applicable.
Only the courts of the judicial district of Liège will be competent.
